Membership Policy
Memberships at Blackland Indoor Golf Club are designed to provide flexible and convenient access to our facilities and member benefits.
Membership Access
Members may bring up to 5 guests per visit, costing $10 per guest unless otherwise specified by membership type.
Members are responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests while on the premises.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to another individual.
Billing & Payments
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Payment information must remain current and valid.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access.
Booking & Usage
Simulator reservations are subject to availability and applicable booking limits.
Unused simulator time does not roll over unless otherwise specified.
Members must use the facility and equipment responsibly and follow all posted rules and instructions.
24/7 Access Policy
Certain memberships may include 24/7 facility access.
Members are prohibited from allowing unauthorized individuals access to the facility.
Sharing access credentials, door codes, or account information may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Age Requirements
Members and guests must be at least 18 years of age to access the facility without adult supervision unless otherwise approved by management.
Student memberships or student access programs are limited to individuals age 14 or older.
Beverage & Alcohol Policy
Blackland Indoor Golf Club is a Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) facility. Members and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages for personal consumption.
Blackland Indoor Golf Club does not sell, serve, furnish, or provide alcoholic beverages. Any individual who chooses to bring or consume alcohol on the premises does so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk and is solely responsible for their own actions and conduct.
All members and guests are expected to act responsibly and safely while on the premises. Intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Blackland Indoor Golf Club reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if their behavior creates a safety concern or negatively affects other guests.
Blackland Indoor Golf Club assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, accidents, losses, or claims arising from an individual's consumption of alcohol or intoxicated behavior.
Damage, Theft & Liability
Members and guests are expected to treat all equipment, simulators, furnishings, and property with care and respect.
Any individual who intentionally or negligently damages property may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Theft, vandalism, unlawful appropriation of property, unauthorized access, or other illegal activity may result in immediate termination of membership and may subject the individual to civil and/or criminal liability.
Members are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.
Assumption of Risk
Use of the facility and equipment is at the member’s and guest’s own risk.
Blackland Indoor Golf Club and the property landlord are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages occurring on the premises except where required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused membership time.
Policy Changes
Blackland Indoor Golf Club reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, and policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
Reservation Policy
Hourly Reservation Policy
Thank you for booking with Blackland Indoor Golf Club. To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following reservation rules, restrictions, and requirements apply to all hourly simulator bookings.
Reservations & Payments
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Walk-in bookings are subject to availability.
Reservations are non-transferable without management approval.
Booking Rules & Requirements
Guests must comply with all facility rules, posted signage, and staff instructions at all times.
Only clean athletic shoes or golf shoes without metal spikes are permitted inside simulator bays.
Food, beverages, clubs, bags, and personal belongings must be kept clear of simulator equipment and hitting areas.
Only one person may swing at a time inside the designated hitting area.
Reckless behavior, horseplay, throwing golf balls, intentionally striking walls/screens, or misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.
Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy limit established for each simulator bay.
Reservation time includes setup and cleanup time.
Guests must vacate the bay promptly at the end of their reservation unless additional time is approved and available.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the reservation time, including no-shows, will be charged the full booking amount.
Arrival & Session Time
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Reservation time begins and ends at the scheduled booking time regardless of arrival time.
Late arrivals will not receive additional time or refunds.
Additional simulator time may be purchased only if availability permits.
Age Requirements
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise approved by management.
Minors using the facility must follow all safety instructions and remain supervised when required.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to simulators, projectors, screens, launch monitors, clubs, furnishings, or other property by themselves or members of their group.
Any intentional damage, theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, or unlawful appropriation of property may result in immediate removal from the premises and may subject the responsible individual(s) to civil and/or criminal liability.
Guests use the facility and equipment at their own risk.
Blackland Indoor Golf Club and the property landlord are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Right to Refuse Service
Blackland Indoor Golf Club reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, suspend access, or remove guests for violations of facility policies, unsafe conduct, harassment, intoxication, illegal activity, or misuse of equipment.
